He is the Founder and Lead Convener of Young Entrepreneurs Summit Africa (YESA), a platform committed to equipping young people with the knowledge, skills, networks, and opportunities they need to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world. Through YESA and its initiatives—including youth summits, mentorship programs, entrepreneurship training, TVET skills development, and sports-driven social campaigns—Frank has helped mobilize and empower thousands of young people across Nigeria.
Frank is also the Managing Director/CEO of Zampoles Nigeria Limited, an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in concrete electric pole production, fabrication works, electrification projects, and infrastructure solutions. With more than two decades of practical experience in engineering and project execution, he brings strong technical expertise and leadership to both the private and development sectors.
A COREN-registered and MNSE-certified Mechanical Engineer, Frank is passionate about creating platforms that connect youth empowerment with real economic opportunities. His work focuses on addressing key challenges affecting young people—including unemployment, drug abuse, crime, and limited access to skills—through structured programs that promote leadership, productivity, and social responsibility.
Through YESA, Frank continues to champion a bold vision: raising a generation of empowered African youth who are skilled, innovative, and committed to building stronger communities and a better future.
