About YESA
Six years of turning young lives toward purpose
Young Entrepreneurs Summit Africa (YESA) is a youth development movement tackling drug abuse, HIV/AIDS, crime, mental health and unemployment through mentorship, counselling, education, sensitization and empowerment.
YESA is an initiative of Zampoles Empowerment Foundation, a non-profit registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (CAC Reg. No. 7298166).
Over the past six years YESA has grown into one of Nigeria's leading youth development movements. We meet young people where they are: on campuses, on football pitches, on the streets during our walks against drug abuse, and on summit stages where they get to question the people who make decisions about their future.
The YESA platform reaches over 3 million young people across Africa, including students, NYSC corps members, young business owners and young politicians.

Vision

Mission
Through innovative sensitization, mentorship, sports-based interventions and entrepreneurship training, YESA equips vulnerable Nigerian youth with the knowledge, skills and support to overcome drug abuse, HIV/AIDS risks, mental health challenges and crime, fostering productive, resilient communities in Nigeria and beyond.

Anti-Drug Abuse Ambassadors Mentorship
Rehabilitation pathways, peer education, life skills and enterprise training for at-risk and recovering youths, who then lead outreach themselves.
United Youth Pledge
A national Guinness World Record event against drug abuse, HIV/AIDS and crime, targeting 5,000 participants pledging at once.
Youth Enterprise Empowerment Hub
Skills and enterprise training that turns post-rehabilitation into dignified work.
YESA Merchandise Programme
Mission-aligned apparel that funds programmes, builds a shared identity and powers youth micro-enterprise.
Our founder
Engr. Frank Nwike
An engineer, entrepreneur and youth development advocate, Frank founded YESA to connect youth empowerment with real economic opportunity. He also leads Zampoles Nigeria Limited, an engineering and manufacturing company.
